Casey Energy offers emergency heating service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

All of our Service Technicians are licensed by the state of Connecticut (and we do not use subcontractors for any heating work). We offer a Full Coverage Service Contract (Service Contract), renewable annually, that covers most of the common problems that occur with a heating unit and also includes an annual “tune up” of your heating system.

Ful Service Coverage Contract

We are happy to offer you, our fuel oil customer, a Full Coverage Service Contract (Service Contract) for your oil burner and heating system.

• Our service department is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• EMERGENCY and NO-HEAT calls are given priority.
• We provide an annual inspection of your heating unit as well as a tune-up and vacuuming so that your unit will operate most efficiently. This work will be done during our normal working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• The contracts provide that if any covered parts cease to operate, there will be NO CHARGE to repair or replace the part, nor will there be a labor charge.
• There is a minimum charge of one hours labor for non-covered work, and time and one-half hour for non-covered calls before 7:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., or on weekends and holidays.
• This contract will be renewed annually unless you notify us in writing that you wish to cancel it.
