We had the very good fortune to have had the services of one of your service staff, Doug (I don't know his last name) when we discovered that our heating system was not working. This occurred Sat evening around 6:00 PM, Sept 17, when the outdoor temp hovered in the mid 40's. Pleasantly, efficiently and with excellent diagnostic acumen, Doug determined the source of the problem and very effectively proceeded to correct the problem. He was friendly, delightful and most accommodating. How very fortunate Casey Fuel Co is to have an employee of this caliber on your staff!!

Yesterday I called as our boiler was leaking and causing issues in the basement. Ron Schuler a very capable, caring and considerate mechanic, who had worked on the system during the annual maintenance, came back and fixed it efficiently. I also spoke to Mike Rizzo - the after hours technician as I needed clarification on the issue. GREAT service provided all around by all points of contact-the office in getting the issue resolved quickly, and also the option of reaching somebody after hours. In today’s world where we do not always receive customer focused service, it’s a pleasure to see that it still exists! My special thanks to Ron who explained the workings of the heating system (largely a mystery to me!) and patiently shared his wealth of knowledge when he came to work on the annual tune up. Kudos Casey Fuel!"
