“I wanted to give you feedback on a service call we had with one of your technicians last night.
The entire experience, from start to finish, was top notch. Once I placed the call with the after-hours service, your on-call technician, Bob, returned my call immediately. After hearing that I had attempted to troubleshoot it myself and learning I have small children in the home, Bob said he was on his way and would be arriving from Newtown in 30 minutes. He called me from the driveway so I could meet him at the door (not to ring the doorbell and wake up the kids!) and then came right in and got to work.
After a series of diagnostic questions, he located the issue and fixed the problem. We had heat restored within 30 minutes. Bob then recommended follow-up service and actions to ensure optimum efficiency.
Bob’s professionalism and happy disposition never wavered—even though he had worked a full day and was being called out in a snowstorm at 9 p.m.! He was friendly, concerned and above all, did not make me feel bothered or badly for an after-hours service call, after he had just left Ridgefield an hour earlier for a separate call!
