A: Most companies charge their customers on the basis of time and materials when you need a repair. In fact, the longer a repair takes, the more money they make.

We approach this differently. We charge you by the job, not by the hour. We call this Upfront Repair Pricing, and it’s just one more way Casey Energy stands out from the competition.

  • You pay no diagnostic fee for our technician to assess your problem*
  • Once we diagnose the problem, we will tell you exactly how much the repair or more extensive trouble shooting will cost.
  • You don’t pay a penny more than the quoted amount…ever!
  • We back up the new parts we install with a one-year warranty. If the same part breaks within one year, we will fix it for free.

*Customer is responsible for diagnostic fee if repair is declined.
